Overview

Active Roles is an enterprise Active Directory management platform for securely managing identities, users, groups and directory environments from one web interface. The project evolves the legacy interface into a modern, consistent and scalable experience for IT administrators and helpdesk users.

My role

I work on complex administrative workflows, information architecture and interaction patterns, partnering with Product and Engineering to research user needs, explore concepts and design experiences aligned with the Iris Design System. I also build AI-assisted coded prototypes to test ideas quickly.

Outcome

A more modern, consistent and scalable foundation for the WebUI that addresses usability problems across complex directory management workflows, including a new Insights overview, a faster users view with bulk actions, dark mode and an Ask AI assistant.

Overview

Strivacity is a CIAM platform that lets organizations design secure, branded sign-in and identity verification experiences from a central Admin Console. Its core includes customer sign-in flows, document scanning and identity verification, and a visual Journey Builder for configuring end-to-end identity journeys without code.

My role

I led UX/UI design across the Admin Console, Journey Builder and customer-facing verification flows. I designed and iterated the Journey Builder canvas for composing authentication and verification steps, and the mobile-first document scanning and selfie capture experience, working closely with product and engineering on usability, accessibility and consistency.

Outcome

Admins can build and manage complex identity journeys more easily, and customer verification flows became clearer with better completion. The platform experience scales while balancing security requirements with a smooth journey.

Overview

An online dermatology service where patients get professional consultations remotely, through a structured workflow that reduces in-person visits while keeping medical reliability and trust.

The priorities were a calm, trustworthy experience, guiding patients through medical data submission with minimal friction, reducing anxiety with clear language and hierarchy, and giving doctors structured, easy-to-scan information. Accessibility and responsiveness were core throughout.

Outcome

A streamlined consultation flow with better quality and clarity of submitted medical data, supporting faster remote diagnoses for both patients and dermatologists.

Overview

An interactive iPad app for the Alzheimer's Society conference stand. It works like a shopping app, letting visitors "shop" for care services and see the real financial impact of dementia care.

My role

End-to-end UX/UI including interaction flows, visual design and touch interfaces, balancing playful interaction with an empathetic presentation of caregiving costs and keeping it accessible for a diverse audience.

Outcome

The app started conversations about the financial reality of dementia care and made the campaign message memorable at the event.

Background

I started in SAP development and frontend engineering before moving fully into product design. That path is why I enjoy dense, technical domains and work closely with developers: I build systems, not just screens.
